1. erecting and fixing the carton
At the start of the production of a slip lid cardboard box, the four sides of the die-cut cardboard blank are carefully erected. The corners are then fixed with special corner stitching tape to give the carton its stable shape. This process ensures a high degree of dimensional stability and durability, which is particularly important for packaging with a lid-under-part construction - such as the slip lid carton. The precise design creates a stable packaging solution that is ideal for storing, transporting and presenting a wide range of products. The slip lid carton combines functionality with a professional appearance and can be used in a variety of ways - from product packaging to archiving.

2. application of the coating paper
In the next step of cover lamination, the cover paper is carefully coated with glue to ensure an even and permanent bond with the cardboard blank. The prepared cardboard part is then placed precisely onto the glued paper. This step is crucial for precise further processing and the high-quality appearance of the finished slip lid carton. A bubble-free, firmly bonded connection between the cover material and the cardboard can only be achieved through exact alignment and even application of adhesive. This work step therefore lays the foundation for a dimensionally stable and visually appealing slip lid carton that fulfils the highest demands in packaging production.

3. coating and edge processing
In the final stage of production, the slip lid cardboard is precisely covered with the previously glued-in cover paper. The edges are neatly and precisely folded to ensure a high-quality finish. The result is a visually appealing yet robust packaging solution that impresses with both its design and stability and is ideal for use in high-quality product presentations.
