Slip lid carton as reference carton

Thanks to its two-part structure (base and lid), it can be customised and used in a variety of ways.

Variable A: Basic shape and size

The basic rectangular shape and the size of the box can be freely selected, the dimensions can be customised exactly to the product.

Variable B: Lid height

The height of the lid can be set as required. Depending on requirements, the lid can lie flat or extend low over the base. A higher lid height provides more stability and a more sophisticated look, while a flat lid looks particularly modern and compact.

Component 1: Cardboard

The basis of every slip lid box is a sturdy solid cardboard with a thickness of 1-2 mm. This cardboard is die-cut in the desired shape and erected - both for the base and the lid. Thanks to the machine die-cutting, a precise, dimensionally accurate structure is guaranteed - the basis for a high-quality cardboard box that combines functionality and design.

Depending on the requirements, various Interior colours for selection:

Grey - classic and cost-efficient
White - neutral and clean, ideal for cosmetics or food
Black - elegant and high-contrast for premium products
Special colours - individually tailored to your brand
Internal printing possible - for logos, patterns or discreet brand messages

Component 2: Coating paper

The coating paper is the visible part of the slip lid carton and plays a key role in determining its visual appearance. It is die-cut to shape and applied to the erected cardboard with a special laminating adhesive. The edges are neatly folded in to achieve a high-quality and seamless surface. This turns every cardboard slip lid into an individual brand ambassador - elegant, professional and unique.
