Sheet feeder
The sheets are fed into the machine in a stack by a precise feeding system and individually digitally scanned. This system ensures exact alignment and positioning to guarantee precise further processing. Paper tolerances can be compensated for.
Printing unit
In the printing unit, a transparent UV polymer partially applied to the print sheet in the desired thickness - thin for Spot varnish, thick for Relief varnish. Immediately afterwards, a UV light source ensures immediate curing.
Foil station
Optionally, the machine can be Film finishing apply. A special film is laminated over the entire surface of the printed sheet and adheres to the areas previously coated with polymer.
Arc deflector
After finishing, the finished sheets are neatly transported onto a stacking tray. They are immediately ready for Further processing or can be used for a further refinement pass to the sheet feeder again.
